Order Submitted - "Order Received"
Prior to sending the order to the warehouse for fulfillment and processing, your order needs to be authorized for payment. For your own protection, our Web site performs additional security checks on some orders. Our customer service team may need to contact you regarding special orders or large dollar value orders. This may delay your order processing time by one business day. Please refer to our Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule for complete details on shipping times.
Order Submitted - "Processing"
Once you have placed your order on and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Processing". Once the order enters the Processing" status, no changes, or cancellations of your order can be made. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the payment processing and send the data to the warehouse.
Warehouse Processing - "Warehouse Process"
Once you have placed your order on, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "Warehouse Process". Please allow 4 - 7 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Charged and Shipped"
Once your order has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "Charged and Shipped". Read our "Shipping & Returns" to get more detailed information about when you can expect your order.
Order Partial Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
Similar "with Charged and Shipped" but in this case one or more, but not all of your items have shipped on this order. Your order status will indicate which items have shipped along with their tracking numbers. Information about Items that have not yet shipped or do not yet have tracking numbers will be send to you in the next couple of days.
Order Returned - "Refunded" or "Partial Refunded"
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Refunded" or "Partial Refunded." We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
